3PQR is committed to innovation, inspiration and improvement in public service and to the development of systems and processes which empower managers and staff to deliver outcomes and impacts on the ground.
3PQR offers a series of packages based on proven project, planning and performance interventions developed within a single tier local authority in Scotland and based on team development and collaborative, self directed working. These range from short counseling and advice sessions which encourage thinking outside the box to full scale evaluations and reviews.
